The founder of Cross Border Law Corporation , Mr. Samuels completed his legal training at American University in Washington, D.C. and at the University of British Columbia in Vancouver. Having opened his own law firm in 1995, Mr. Samuels has created a name for himself by taking challenging cases rejected by other firms and establishing a specific skill set integral to Choice of Law and selection of the most advantageous forum for his clients. As a British Columbia and Washington State Lawyer, he stays current on litigation trends and hones his trial skills through Continuing Legal Education, as a student, as well as lecturing on the nuances of cross border civil cases. A husband and father of two boys, Mr. Samuels devotes a portion of his leisure time to Poverty Relief Organizations and devotes a portion of his work week to pro bono assistance on important cases for clients who cannot afford legal services.
