Our Philosophy

We are proud to offer our clients peace of mind when confronting legal issues "across the border." We strive to provide excellent customer service and value our clients' continuous feedback. We're pleased to consider any case of a cross border nature. We have an excellent track record and are prepared to take most cases to trial.

A trial focused approach

Being prepared for trial means putting you in a position to negotiate settlement for the true value of your case. When a defendant or insurer acts unreasonably, we'll be prepared to represent you through arbitration and trial. We do not represent insurance companies. Rather, we love what we do - helping people put their lives back together after a significant injury.

Respect from other lawyers

Many of our cases come on referral from other lawyers, both in British Columbia and Washington State, and in most cases we're pleased to associate with referring counsel. We enjoy an excellent reputation among our colleagues and frequently advise counsel how to maximize cross border recoveries.

Relating to American jurors

Since most personal injury cases in Washington are decided by juries, it is critical that trial counsel be able to relate to them. Should your case go to trial, we'll spend time together getting to know each other, in your home, and we'll portray what you have to deal with day to day. We'll discuss your injuries and losses in a way that jurors understand, and we'll ask them to approach the case with common sense. No tricks, no gimmicks, just sincerity.

Helping you get back on your feet

Sure, this is our business, but we're not just in it for the money. We enable our clients to seek affordable care and assistance to help heal injuries and repair losses. Having helped hundreds, if not thousands, of injured individuals over the years, we know what people need to put their lives back together, and we do whatever we can to assist in that process. We look forward to welcoming you as our client.
